Nahchon “The Developer” Guyton of Best CEO ActionCoach
Home – Best CEO ActionCOACH

Nahchon, “The Developer,” is the owner and founder of Best CEO LLC, Best CEO ActionCoach, and Best CEO MLB. Nahchon is an MLB (Mind, Life, and Business) coach. Nahchon helps business owners, teams, individuals, families, and organizations make their workplaces more productive, profitable, and self-sufficient. He does this by ensuring that the owner and the business members all have the same goal. Nahchon married the girl he had a crush on in high school. They have two children, a girl and a boy, and two grandchildren, a boy and a girl. Nahchon will always work for himself. He comes from a long line of people who ran businesses with their families. He knows what a family-run business must do to get to the next level. Nahchon has known for a long time that the way people who own and run a business think is what makes it fail, not the business itself. Nahchon knew that people were most affected by what they thought about the most rather than where they came from economically. In 2002, he was able to put his idea to the test.

In 2002, Nahchon got a job as a coach. He was a motivational speaker and worked in training and development before that. Everyone used to be called a trainer. Before the word “coach” became as common as it is now, people who worked with athletes were called “trainers.” Nahchon’s signature program, which is now called MLB Coaching, has helped start-ups and executives from Fortune 500 companies grow, expand, and become better leaders over the past 20 years. Employer’s Association, Inc. gave Nahchon a certificate that says he can think of new ways to solve problems. Nahchon is an expert in training and development. Robbin and Associates gave him a certificate to show that.

When Nahchon worked for the Saint Paul Urban League, he got better at what came to him naturally, helping people change how they thought. He was asked to make a program called “Aspire” to help people get off welfare and get jobs. Nahchon’s job was to train between 20 and 30 adults every month. In 3.5 years, he met 1050 new people and went to school for 7,280 hours. The goal was to get them off of welfare and into work. He also made the program and came up with ways to teach it. Nahchon’s unique way of training people worked well, and 85% of the people he worked with were able to leave welfare and get jobs. Nahchon was named the most influential trainer and speaker of 150 trainers and speakers at the Urban League for two consecutive years.
